One of Bobroot's experiments. He kidnapped a young ordinary male cat, erased his memory and replaced his hands and tail with tentacles by injecting him with octopus DNA. Bob was going to get rid of him for being just a random experiment for fun, but TK promised to help him in the lab, so he wouldn't have to be killed.
